§ 151.81 VISUAL COMPATIBILITY OF NEW CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   Height. The height of proposed buildings must not be less than 22 feet high on the primary side of the building. The second story may be facade only to create the appearance of a two-story structure.
   (B)   Relationship of materials, texture, and color. The relationship of the materials, texture, and color of the facade of a building must be visually compatible with the predominant materials used in the buildings to which it is geographically related to.
   (C)   The primary side of building facing the street shall be built consistent with adjoining structures on zero lot line.
