(A) There is hereby established a fund known as the Cumulative Building or Remodeling, Firefighting and Police Radio Fund for all uses as set out in I.C. 36-8-14-2(c).
(B) This Council will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 36-8-14. The proposed fund will not exceed $0.0333 on each $100 of assessed valuation. Said tax rate will be levied beginning with taxes for 2010 payable 2011.
(C) Said Cumulative Fund is subject to the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
