For conservation subdivisions, the Plan Commission may waive or alter such requirements of this chapter as necessary to achieve the purposes of this section. In granting such waivers, the Commission must make a specific finding for each waiver that describes how the waiver contributes to achieving the goals of the Comprehensive Plan and of this section. Such waivers include but are not limited to the following:
(A) Pavement width for subdivision streets may be reduced to 24 feet if provisions are made for convenient alternatives to on-street parallel parking.
(B) Lot shapes may be varied upon a showing that the variation is integral to the conservation purposes of this section.
