§ 156.61 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   At least 30% of the land in a conservation subdivision shall be designated as permanent open space.
   (B)   No more than 10% of the open space may be used for playgrounds, court games (such as tennis, basketball, or volleyball), or similar activities.
