§ 73.20 ENTRY AND EXIT; YIELD RIGHT-OF- WAY.
   (A)   Yielding to pedestrians. The driver of any motor vehicle, before entering or leaving a municipal parking lot, shall first stop and yield right-of-way to any pedestrian upon any crosswalk or sidewalk adjacent thereto.

   (B)   Yielding to traffic. The driver of a motor vehicle intending to enter a parking lot, or intending to leave a parking lot and enter upon any adjacent street or highway, shall yield right-of-way to any other motor vehicle approaching over and along any adjacent street or highway, which is so close to the entrance or exit as to constitute an immediate hazard.
