(A) In addition to the prohibited areas for parking, as set out by the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq., as amended, the areas set forth in Ch. 75, Sch. I, shall be designated as prohibited areas for the parking of motor vehicles within the city.

(B) Parking shall be prohibited at any other place, where either official signs or official markings on the painted surface of the street, prohibit standing or parking.
