§ 73.02 ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS POSTED.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works and Safety of the city, by proper resolution, duly entered of record, and after notice by publication thereof, may further restrict parking, in the following instances, or any of them:
      (1)   Upon any street when the width of the paved roadway does not exceed 20 feet, or upon one side of a street when the width of the paved roadway does not exceed 30 feet;
      (2)   Upon the left-hand side of any one-way street; or
      (3)   Upon the side of any street adjacent to any school building when that parking would, in its opinion, either interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation.
   (B)   In any situation that, in the opinion of the Board, is an emergency, such as, but not limited to, construction or reconstruction of a portion of a street, the Board may limit or prohibit parking, without notice thereof by publication, by posting signs indicating that limitation or prohibition.
   (C)   When official signs prohibiting or limiting parking are so erected as authorized above, no person shall park any vehicle upon any posted street, or portion thereof, in violation of any official sign.
