§ 71.158 UNNECESSARY WHISTLE SOUNDING RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Whistles shall be sounded pursuant to applicable state law and shall never be sounded unnecessarily.
   (B)   Conductors and other individuals violating this section shall be fined and subject to the provisions as specifically referenced in § 10.99.
