§ 71.156 DANGEROUS CARGO; STORAGE RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful for any person in charge of any railroad train to cause any railroad car loaded with explosives of any kind or character to remain on a siding within this city overnight without prior advance notice thereof to the city Police Department.
