§ 71.126 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Violations when street closed. When any street, or portion thereof, is closed, by and through any of the means herein provided, and for any of the purposes established herein, it shall be unlawful for the owner of, or person in charge of, any motor vehicle to cause the same to be driven over, along, or upon that public street, or portion thereof, or to drive around or through any guard or barricade established in accord with the provisions of this subchapter.

   (B)   Suspension of parking privileges. When the parking of motor vehicles is restricted, or temporarily suspended, in accord with the provisions of this subchapter and section, it shall be unlawful for the owner of, or the person in charge of, any motor vehicle, to permit, cause, or allow the same to be parked in any area or parking space prohibited by this subchapter and section.
