§ 71.122 BOARD AUTHORITY OVER STREET EVENTS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety, or its majority, may within their discretion, close designated streets, or portions thereof, for the purpose of civic parades or other civic occasions of similar import, upon written request of local and bona fide religious, fraternal, scholastic, or other civic organizations, wholly upon those conditions as the Board, within its discretion, finds to be proper; further, in conjunction therewith, the Board may temporarily, for those purposes, suspend or restrict the privilege of parking of motor vehicles over, upon, and along the designated streets, or portions thereof, all as hereinbefore provided.
