(A) The intersections set forth in Ch. 74, Sch. III, Table A, are designated as four-way stop intersections, and when so marked by appropriate signs, obedience thereto will be required by drivers of all motor vehicles approaching those intersections from any of the four separate directions, as established in the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq., as enacted by the state and as now or hereafter amended.

III, Table B, are designated as three-way stop intersections, and when so marked by appropriate signs, obedience thereto will be required of all drivers of motor vehicles approaching these intersections from any of the three separate directions, as established in the Uniform Act, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq.
