§ 71.085 DESIGNATED THROUGH STREETS; STOPS AND YIELDS.
   The streets set forth in Ch. 74, Sch. II, are designated as through streets, and when so marked by appropriate stop signs for intersecting traffic, vehicular traffic approaching the through street from intersecting streets shall be required to stop and yield right-of-way to vehicles upon the through street, all as defined and required by the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq., as enacted by the state and as now or hereafter amended; provided further that at particular designated intersections along the through street being removed from the designation by this section all as hereinafter provided as such a through street.
