The provisions of § 71.052 above shall not apply to any of the following:
(A) A student at the educational institution;
(B) A parent, guardian, relative, or other person having custody of any student of that educational institution present in the school zone for the express purpose of contacting the student of which that person is a parent, guardian, relative, or other having custody thereof; or
(C) Any person having a specific or legitimate reason to be within the school zone for any lawful purpose not connected to the educational institution itself or any student thereof.
