§ 71.033 QUIET ZONES; RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Board designation of quiet zones. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the city, by proper resolution, duly entered of record, and after notice by publication thereof, may declare any street, or part of any street, or any specific area, near or adjacent to a public or parochial school, any hospital, any nursing or convalescent home, to be a quiet zone.

   (B)   Loud noises prohibited in quiet zones. When official signs are so erected indicating that a street, or part of a street, or a specific area has been so designated as a quiet zone, any loud or unusual noise by any person within that zone shall be unlawful.
