§ 71.032 PLAY STREETS; RESTRICTIONS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Board designation. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the city, by proper resolution, duly entered of record, and after notice by publication thereof, may declare any street, or part of a street, a play street, the periods of times of which shall be fixed by the Board in its resolution.

   (B)   Driving prohibited; exceptions. Whenever official signs are so erected indicating any street or part of a street is a play street, no person shall drive a vehicle upon any thus designated street, or portion thereof, except drivers of vehicles whose residences are within the closed area, and then any exempt driver shall exercise the greatest care in driving upon any play street, or portion thereof.
