(A) In the event tree limbs are deposited outside to be removed by the city Department of Public Works personnel, those limbs shall be first cut into lengths of not more than four feet, and if the limbs exceed three inches in diameter, then they shall be cut to a corresponding shorter length.
(B) In the event large and bulky items, of a type and size that cannot be deposited in the usual container, are placed outside to be picked up by the city Department of Public Works personnel, it will be the responsibility of the person so placing these items outside to call the Department of Public Works so that special arrangements can be made to pick up those items.
