(A) Any person that has violated or continues to violate this subchapter shall be liable to civil penalties to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be subject to a fine of up to $2,500 per violation per day.
(B) The authorized enforcement agency may recover all attorney’s fees, court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of this subchapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
