§ 50.198 SEWAGE METER.
   (A)   The city may require a user to install and maintain at his or her own expense an approved device to measure directly the volumes of wastes discharged to the sewerage system if these volumes cannot otherwise be determined from the metered-water consumption records.
   (B)   Any nonresidential user whose monthly water consumption is 2,000 gallons or more shall install a meter.
   (C)   The city shall inspect and approve these installations, and no such service, once installed, shall be removed without the city’s approval.
