(A) Removal credits. Where applicable, the Authority may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the POTW’s ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR 403.7.

(B) Net and gross calculations. The Authority may elect to adjust categorical pretreatment standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the discharger’s intake water, in accordance with 40 CFR 403.15.
