§ 50.145 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful to discharge sewage, industrial waste, or other waste to any sewer within the jurisdiction of the municipal sanitation utility, or to the city wastewater treatment plant, without having first complied with the terms of this chapter.
