(A) The following local limitations are established to prevent pass through and interference, and to protect receiving water quality and sludge quality.
(1) Arsenic: 1.00 mg/L;
(2) Cadmium: 0.69 mg/L;
(3) Chromium: 2.48 mg/L;
(4) Copper: 1.25 mg/L;
(5) Cyanide: 1.00 mg/L;
(6) Lead: 0.62 mg/L;
(7) Mercury: 0.00055 mg/L;
(8) Molybdenum: 0.11 mg/L;
(9) Nickel: 0.74 mg/L;
(10) Oil and grease: 100 mg/L;
(11) Phenols: 0.50 mg/L;
(12) Selenium: 2.27 mg/L;
(13) Silver: 0.95 mg/L;
(14) Zinc: 0.51 mg/L.
(B) These MAILS shall be allocated through significant industrial user permits, and the total loading to all permitted industrial users shall not exceed the limits shown. All industrial users shall monitor and report daily flows as required by the industrial user permit.
