(A) Any person found to be violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be served by the city with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for its satisfactory correction. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the stated time limit shall be guilty of a code violation and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of the sections set out above and convicted thereof shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the city by reason of that violation.
