§ 35.89 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX FUND.

(A) The city hereby creates an Economic Development Income Tax Fund for the purpose of receipt of its share of the County Economic Development Income Tax levy pursuant to I.C. 6-3.6.

(B) Revenues from the County Economic Development Income Tax will be paid into and retained in the city Economic Development Income Tax Fund until spent pursuant to its Capital Improvement Plan.
