(A) There is created an Electrical Training Program non-reverting fund for deposit of all fees for licenses collected pursuant to Ch. 152 of this code.
(B) All claims for payment from this Fund shall be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer by the Building Commissioner and must be approved by two members of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
(C) Education paid for from the fund monies can be any educational classes or programs beneficial to the Planning and Zoning department and are not limited to electrical education classes.
(D) The fund shall be permitted to have a maximum amount of $12,000.
(E) In the event that the fund accumulates more than $12,000, an annual transfer of excess funds shall be made to the city’s general fund. Such transfer should occur on or before April 30 of each calendar year.
