(A) The Clerk-Treasurer is directed to establish a non-reverting fund to be known as the city Economic Development Commission Fund, which Fund shall be under the control of the Economic Development Commission of the city.
(B) All monies received from the operation of the Economic Development Commission, including but not limited to application fees, appropriations, or levies, shall be deposited therein.
(C) All disbursements from the Fund shall be on the order of the Economic Development Commission and payable by the Clerk-Treasurer upon the presentation of proper claims, approved by the Economic Development Commission.
(D) This fund is established pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 et seq., Home Rule.
