§ 35.66 LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND.
   (A)   There shall be established a non-reverting Local Law Enforcement Block Grant fund in which to place monies realized from this program by the city Police Department. All monies received and spent will be used solely for this program.
   (B)   All expenditures from this Fund shall first be approved by the Chief of the city Police Department.
