§ 35.65 D.A.R.E. FUND.
   (A)   There shall be established a non-reverting Drug Awareness and Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) Fund in which to place monies realized from this program in the city Police Department. All monies received and spent will be used solely for this program.
   (B)   All expenditures from this Fund shall first be approved by the Chief of the city Police Department.
