§ 35.45 CUMULATIVE FIRE DEPARTMENT BUILDING, EQUIPMENT, AND FIREFIGHTING FUND.
   (A)   The Cumulative Fire Department Building and Equipment Fund and the Cumulative Firefighting Fund are combined into one fund known as the Cumulative Fire Department Building, Equipment, and Firefighting Fund.
   (B)   This Fund shall be used for the following purposes: the purchase, construction, renovation, or addition to buildings used by the Fire Department and for the purchase of firefighting equipment, including making the required payments under a lease rental with the option to purchase and acquire equipment, and for all other purposes allowed by I.C. 36-8-14-1 et seq.
   (C)   The levying of an additional tax at the rate of $0.10 on each $100 of taxable real and personal property within the taxing district shall continue to be imposed to provide monies for the Fund until reduced or rescinded, as provided in I.C. 36-8-14-1 et seq.
