(A) The fee for each accident report shall be as set forth in Ch. 36 of this code.
(B) Pursuant to state law, there is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a non-reverting account known as the Accident Report Account, which Account shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works and Safety and is subject to the following conditions.
(1) All monies received in accident report fees shall be deposited therein.
(2) All disbursements from the Account shall be for the purposes hereinabove stated and made on the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety and payable by the Clerk-Treasurer upon presentation of proper claims, approved as other claims of the Board are approved.
