(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 et seq., there is now established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a non-reverting fund to be known as the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Education and Prevention Fund.
(B) The Fund shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works and Safety and is subject to the following conditions.
(1) Monies from gifts and appropriations shall be accepted into the Fund.
(2) All disbursements from the Fund shall be for alcohol and drug abuse education and prevention and shall be made on the order of the Board of Public Works and Safety and payable by the Clerk-Treasurer upon presentation of proper claims.
