Any person violating any provision of this chapter, or any order made by the Mayor of the city, or vice-chair of the Board of Public Works and Safety, as the case may be, all in accordance with the terms of this chapter, shall on conviction thereof be punished by a fine and subject to the provisions as specifically referenced in § 10.99 of this code.
