§ 32.51 INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICIAL ACTION UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to knowingly or intentionally interfere, or attempt to impede or interfere with any city official or employee in the performance of his or her official duties.
   (B)   It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the interference alleged consisted of speech only.
