§ 32.15 PURCHASING AGENCY; BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby designated as the purchasing agency for the city, with all powers and duties authorized under I.C. 5-22. The Board, as purchasing agency, shall designate in writing the purchasing agents.
