(A) There is created a city Airport Authority pursuant to I.C. 8-22-3-1 et seq. The city Airport Authority Board shall be known as the Municipal Airport Authority.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 8-22-3-4, a newly constituted city Airport Authority Board shall be appointed as soon as possible after the adoption of this section. The city Airport Authority Board shall be known as the Municipal Airport Authority.

(C) The jurisdiction of the city Airport Authority is over a district with boundaries co-terminal with the jurisdictional boundaries of the city.
(D) Powers and duties of the Airport Authority Board are as defined in I.C. 8-22-3-1 et seq.
