§ 31.52 FIREFIGHTERS’ PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There shall continue to be a Firefighters’ Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-7 (1925 Fund) and I.C. 36-8-8 (1977 Fund) concerning the statutory pensions of city firefighters.
