§ 31.51 POLICE PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There shall continue to be a Police Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-6 (1925 Fund) and I.C. 36-8-8 (1977 Fund) concerning the statutory pensions of city police.
