(A) In accordance with I.C. 5-14-1.5-5, the following is a list of the regularly scheduled meetings of the City Council and the various boards of the city. Specially called meetings will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting at the place of meeting.
(B) Meetings of each body are scheduled as follows, as to day of month, time, and place:
(1) City Council: second and fourth Mondays, 7:00 p.m., Council Chamber;
(2) Board of Public Works and Safety: second and fourth Thursdays, 11:00 a.m., Council Chamber;
(3) Plan Commission: second Thursday, 5:00 p.m., Council Chamber;
(4) Board of Zoning Appeals: fourth Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., Council Chamber;
(5) Parks and Recreation: second Monday, 4:00 p.m., Council Chamber;
(6) Redevelopment Commission: fourth Monday, 4:00 p.m., Council Chamber.
(C) The meetings listed in division (B) above shall comply with the meeting recording requirements set forth in § 30.03, or the corresponding section of any future city code.
