§ 31.15 FREEMAN FIELD; RESPONSE.
   The city Fire Department will answer any and all calls for or on behalf of all buildings, equipment, or persons located on Freeman Field in the same manner and fashion as though Freeman Field were located within the corporate limits of the city.
