(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3 et seq., there are now established in the city separate personnel policies for the sworn employees of the Police and the Fire Departments of the city, contained herein as outlined in each department’s individual personnel policy manual, made a part hereof, and specifically incorporated by reference as a part of this section.
(B) Two copies of these manuals are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and may be made available for public inspection during regular business hours.
