The order of business to be followed at a meeting of the City Council shall be as follows:
(A) Calling to order;
(B) Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance;
(C) Roll call by Clerk-Treasurer;
(D) Reading of minutes and approval;
(E) Reports from committees, boards, and commissions;
(F) Public hearings;
(G) Old business, including ordinances or resolutions already introduced;
(H) New business, including introduction of ordinances and resolutions;
(I) Miscellaneous business, including any matters not already considered; and
(J) Adjournment.
