§ 30.20 STANDING COMMITTEES.

   (A)   There shall be established the following standing committees composed of Council members:

      (1)   Finance;

      (2)   Governmental Affairs;

      (3)   Thoroughfare and Drainage;

      (4)   Public Utilities;

      (5)   Retail Development;

      (6)   Industrial Development; and

      (7)   Planning and Zoning.

   (B)   The members and chairs thereof shall be appointed by the Mayor.
