The following departments, established in Ord. 15, 1983, shall continue to administer their respective areas of responsibility:
(A) The Parks and Recreation Department, pursuant to I.C. 36-10;
(B) The Department of Planning and Zoning, pursuant to I.C. 36-7;
(C) The Airport Authority, pursuant to I.C. 8-22; and
(D) The Department of Law, pursuant to I.C. 36-4.
