§ 156.02 AUTHORITY.
   (A)   This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by the I.C. 36-7-4 et seq. and amendments thereto.
   (B)   Regulation of the subdivision of land and the attachment of reasonable conditions to land subdivision is an exercise of valid police power delegated by the State of Indiana to the City of Seymour.
