(A) Any trailer camp maintained or operated in the limits of the city in violation of the provisions of this chapter or in which disorderly or indecent conduct or immoral practices or acts in violation of the criminal law of this state are permitted or carried on, is declared to be a nuisance subject to abatement as such.

(B) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined. Each day any violation hereof continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
