It shall be unlawful to locate or maintain a trailer camp within the limits of the city so as to cause an unusual fire hazard to permanent structures in its vicinity, and adequate and proper provisions shall be made for fire protection within any trailer camp, which provisions shall be inspected and approved in writing by a representative of the state Fire Marshal’s office before the camp is open for occupancy.
