It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator, or manager of any trailer camp located within the limits of the city to permit any person or persons to occupy or use any trailer or mobile dwelling in that camp without requiring the person or persons to first register in a permanent book kept for that purpose, showing registrant’s full name, date of entry, license number of his or her vehicle, permanent place of residence, and occupation, which register shall at all times be open to inspection by any police or health officer of the state.
