§ 152.24 SUSPENSION.
   The Building Commissioner is authorized to suspend the license of any electrician or electrical contractor issued under this chapter for a period of not more than 30 days for a violation of this chapter; and any person whose license has been suspended may appeal the suspension to the Board of Public Works and Safety by filing therewith a written request for a hearing within ten days of the Building Commissioner’s action. The Board shall have the power to reverse or affirm the decision appealed from or to permanently revoke the license.
