§ 152.21 FEES.
   (A)   The fee for a license to operate as an electrician, any electrical business, or an independent electrical contractor within city and two-mile jurisdiction area shall be as set forth in Ch. 36 of this code for the first license issued to the applicant and for each annual renewal of the license; and, for each additional person engaged in electrical work by the licensee, an additional fee for the first license issued to the applicant and for each annual renewal of the license, as set forth in Ch. 36 of this code, shall be charged.
   (B)   The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized to set fees upon the recommendation of the Building Commissioner.
