§ 152.07 LIABILITY DISCLAIMER.

This chapter shall not relieve any person from liability for damages or injuries to persons or property because of the installation of any electric wiring, devices, appliances, or equipment; nor shall the city assume any such liability by reason of the inspection authorized in this chapter or the certificate of approval issued as provided in this chapter.
